Day four the marlin finally got the best of us. We missed a small blue in the morning trolling by f buoy and than had a fish close to 400 try our long rigger a few times before taking off. In the afternoon we raised a huge fish that also tried our long rigger and fortunatly didn’t hook up becuase there was no way the 50 pound tackle could have handled a fish of that size. To save our day we finally caught a stripped marlin on our way home from from the grounds. No spearfish again, just have to keep dragging around.
